Our Philosophy

 

Our program's philosophy stems from the understanding that youth should be given the tools to create a more mindful, balanced life through mental health education and being conscious of what they can do to help the environment. Through everyday hardships, youth often forget to focus on their mental health. Through these educational activities, we hope to provide ways to cope with the stressors of their day to day life, allow them to express themselves, and encourage them to develop practices beneficial to the environment. Early on, instilling these healthy mindsets will enable them to live more mindfully and increase their awareness of individual and community wellness.
